You’re looking for the right home. We’re here to help.
This isn’t a large facility where your loved one gets lost in the crowd. It’s a smaller home where care feels personal, routines feel natural, and families feel confident knowing someone is always there.
A place where comfort feels familiar
Most families find us after they’ve been carrying a quiet worry for a while. Maybe your loved one has started forgetting meals or medications. Maybe there’s been a fall, a close call, or a moment that made you realize they shouldn’t be alone anymore. And even if you’re doing your best to help, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything while hoping nothing goes wrong.
Beautiful Minds exists for that exact season of life. We provide assisted living and memory care in a peaceful home environment, with compassionate support that helps residents feel stable, safe, and cared for and helps families finally breathe again.
With fewer residents, we’re able to provide more attention, stronger relationships, and a quieter atmosphere that feels less overwhelming especially for seniors who need structure and familiarity.
Care is available 24/7, including overnight, so families don’t have to worry about what happens when no one is around. Whether your loved one needs a little help each day or more consistent support, we’re here to provide care that feels respectful and steady.

We don’t believe in forcing busy schedules. We believe in meaningful moments and a calm environment where residents can feel included and supported.
Where to Begin ›
Because choosing a home is a big decision.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions families ask us, so you can feel more confident about what to expect, what’s included, and whether Beautiful Minds truly feels like the right fit for your loved one.
What is residential assisted living?
Residential assisted living is care provided in a real home, typically located in a quiet neighborhood, where a small number of residents receive personalized, around-the-clock support. Unlike large facilities, residential homes offer a calm, familiar environment with consistent caregivers and individualized attention.
How is this different from a large assisted living facility?
The biggest difference comes down to scale and personalization.
In a residential assisted living home:
- There are fewer residents, allowing for more focused care
- Caregivers truly know each person, their needs, and their routines
- Daily schedules are flexible, not institutional
- The environment feels like a real home, not a facility
Many families choose residential care because their loved one felt overwhelmed, anxious, or began declining in a larger setting — or because they want a more personal, attentive approach from the very beginning.
Who is a good fit for this type of care?
Residential assisted living and memory care is appropriate for individuals who:
- Need help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, or medications
- Have memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease
- Are no longer safe living alone
- Need supervision but do not require skilled nursing care
- Thrive in smaller, quieter environments
If your loved one needs more support than can safely be provided at home, but you want to avoid a hospital-like setting, this may be a good fit.
Do residents get to choose their doctors and outside providers?
Yes. Residents retain the right to choose their physicians, home health providers, hospice services, and other outside care professionals. We are happy to coordinate with these providers to ensure care is seamless and safe.
Are visits allowed?
Absolutely. Families and approved visitors are welcome. We believe maintaining family connections is essential to emotional well-being. Visiting guidelines are in place only to ensure safety and respect for all residents.
What kind of care is available for memory loss?
Our memory care support includes:
- Structured daily routines
- Gentle cueing and redirection
- Supervision to ensure safety
- Compassionate support for dementia-related behaviors
Care is provided with patience, dignity, and an understanding that memory loss affects each person differently.
Is there staff on site at all times?
Caregivers are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including overnight. With a 5:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, our team is able to provide attentive, responsive care, ensuring residents are never left alone and help is always available when needed.
Are meals provided?
Yes. Residents receive home-cooked meals and snacks daily. Special diets and preferences are accommodated whenever possible, and assistance with eating is provided as needed.
Is your home licensed?
Yes. We are a state-licensed assisted living and memory care residence and follow all applicable regulations regarding resident rights, safety, staffing, and care standards.
What are the next steps?
The best next step is a conversation.
We invite you to:
- Call or email us with any questions
- Schedule a visit at a time that works for you
- Tour the home and see the environment in person
- Ask anything that’s on your mind
There’s no pressure, only support, guidance, and honest answers.
